Booking & Acceptance 

By making a reservation with URNEXTCAR LTD, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, which are governed by the laws of England.

URNEXTCAR LTD is a registered company in England and Wales (Company No: 15667273) and operates as a licensed PCO operator.

While we strive to ensure a smooth journey, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, accidents, weather conditions, or mechanical issues.

Where possible, we use our own vehicles, but we may also work with trusted third-party providers when necessary.

Your Safety First

Your safety, along with that of our chauffeurs and vehicles, is our top priority. Our chauffeurs have the discretion to make decisions based on safety considerations.

All drivers will adhere to legal speed limits and drive sensibly according to road and traffic conditions.

Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle during their journey and will be charged accordingly for necessary repairs or cleaning.

Chauffeurs will take the best possible route unless the passenger provides specific instructions at the time of booking.

Insurance & Liability

Our vehicles are fully insured, including hire & reward cover. We also hold public liability and product liability insurance.

However, any personal belongings brought into our vehicles are carried at the passenger’s own risk. URNEXTCAR LTD cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Delays & Luggage Policy

If you experience delays in your journey, we appreciate being notified as soon as possible so we can adjust arrangements accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers carrying excessive luggage that cannot be safely accommodated.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

If a booking is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the passenger does not show up at the agreed time, no refunds will be issued.

To cancel a booking, email bookings@urnxtcar.co.uk and wait for confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call our office at +44 (0) 7951 788944 to ensure your request has been processed.

Payment Terms

Invoices for completed journeys are issued between the 1st and 5th of each month. Payment must be made via BACS within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
